2.2 Services & Delivery Time
We provide music-production and event-related services. Delivery is immediate after purchase (for digital deliverables) or as otherwise agreed for event services.

2.3 Payment
Payment must be completed prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.

2.4 Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To be eligible, you must contact us at tomallon85@gmail.com within that period, providing purchase details. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued unless we decide otherwise at our discretion. If the service has already been delivered or substantially used, you may lose eligibility for refund.

2.5 Intellectual Property
All content, music, material, branding, and deliverables remain our property unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. You obtain a license to use deliverables only as specified in the service agreement.

2.6 Limitation of Liability
We will use reasonable skill and care in providing our services. But to the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, special, or consequential losses. Our liability for any claim under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Iceland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Reykjavík, Iceland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised. By continuing to use our services after changes, you indicate acceptance of the revised Terms.
